Galena IL Wedding Gifts From Galena Cellars

Galena Cellars produces, bottles, and cellars a variety of wines, using grapes, juice, and fruit imported from across the U.S. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or simply a special-occasion sipper, you're sure to find something that pleases both your palate and your pocketbook. Our wine list changes from season to season, but always offers classic dry wines such as Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, our best-selling White Zinfandel, semi-dry and semi-sweet wines, a selection of fruit wines, and dessert Ports. Many are consistent award winners at the annual Indiana State Fair Int'l Wine Competition, the largest international competition in the U.S. outside of California.

Custom Labeling and Gift Baskets

Give a unique gift the recipient will long remember by having wine custom labeled with your own personal message. Choose from a special selection of wines and labels, then tell us what you'd like printed on the label. We can personalize one bottle or several cases--all with the message of your choice. It's a great way to celebrate a wedding, birthday, anniversary, or any occasion. If you have your own company, we can put your logo on labels for a great client gift.

You can also have us put together custom gift packages, with a basket or wine bucket, wine, glasses, and any other gift item of your choice. We'll wrap it in cellophane and decorate it with a bow!

Vineyard Tasting Room & Tours

Just six miles from downtown Galena you can see how Galena Cellars wine is made and enjoy a glass as you gaze at the beautiful countryside. Our Vineyard Tasting Room features wine-tasting, a gift shop, and guided tours of our winemaking facility that include a lesson on how to taste wine. You can also purchase glasses of wine, cheese, and crackers to enjoy on the spacious deck where the view is spectacular.

We are open Memorial Day weekend through October - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Public tours given at 2:00 p.m. (Private tours for groups over 10 available upon request.)

Vineyard Lodging

For a great getaway in the Galena countryside, treat yourself to a memorable experience at either our Vineyard Guest House or Guest Suite. They both overlook the vineyard and the beautiful, rolling hills, and are located just six miles from downtown Galena. This comfortable two-story, two-bedroom farmhouse has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, open front porch, and a back patio with a picnic table and gas grill. Our cozy one-bedroom guest suite sleeps four with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It also features one and a half bathrooms - one with a large, 2-person whirlpool tub.
